SUP Yoga


Basic Yoga moves from our experienced yoga instructor to help you learn how to balance yourself on the SUP board while going through yoga poses. Take your yoga to the next level! Minimum a group of 3 people, maximum of 6 people.

If you love YOGA, why not take it up a notch with SUP Yoga. Balance yourself on the board with basic yoga moves can be a new challenge for you. Class includes instructor, SUP boards, SUP warm-up, 45 min of SUP Yoga class & 30 min chill time on the SUP.
